Our office acts as the registered and records office for hundreds of companies. Coady oversees their initial incorporations, corporate transactions such as share transfers, reorganizations, name changes and purchases and sales. Prior to his work in corporate law, he worked primarily in civil litigation, representing clients at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia, as well as the Court of Queens Bench in Alberta and before administrative tribunals. Coady graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science, double major in Mathematics & Statistics in 2004, and completed his law degree at the University of Victoria.
